Responsibilities

Coordinates, designs, develops, troubleshoots, debugs, tests, and implements software code

Establishes formal software development, code control and build processes for major and minor (patches) releases and full integration

Provides support and documentation for releases and roll-back procedures

Ensures security requirements and standard risk mitigation policies are followed

Integrates solutions with other applications and utilizes proper authentication services

Required

5+ years of Software Application and Software Programmer experience

Advanced Knowledge of the following technologies: Angular 2, Groovy/Grails Framework (Java/Spring based framework), MySQL; Web Server Proficiencies: Apache Tomcat; Operating Systems: Linux

Bachelor’s degree (IT, Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field) or additional equivalent experience

Active DOD Secret clearance

Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time

Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery

The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations

Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
