Responsibilities
Assist with client onboarding and maintain accurate records in our database.
Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional responses.
Prepare and manage documentation related to invoice purchases and financing transactions.
Coordinate schedules and meetings, ensuring efficient communication between team members and clients.
Support the underwriting team with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and report preparation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative functions.

Required
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in finance or a related industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
