Responsibilities
Product Positioning: Develop and execute product marketing strategies that align with the overall business objectives and market opportunities. Define product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Product Launches: Plan and execute successful product launches, including go-to-market strategies and launch events. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
Content Creation: Create compelling product content, including product descriptions, user guides, FAQs, customer testimonials, and blog posts and more, to support marketing and customer education efforts. Develop video tutorials and manage the creation of knowledge base articles to enhance customer understanding and usage of products.
Sales Support: Develop and deliver training materials, scripts, and objection handling coaching for the sales team. Provide ongoing support to ensure they have the knowledge and tools needed to effectively communicate product value.
Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback and usage data to understand customer behavior, preferences, and pain points. Use insights to refine product features and marketing strategies.
Landing Page Creation: Develop and optimize landing pages to improve user engagement, conversion rates, and overall customer experience. Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure alignment with brand messaging and product goals.
Customer Testimonials and Product Tutorials: Develop and manage the creation of customer testimonials and product tutorials, including video content, to demonstrate product value and usage.
Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with product development, sales, customer support, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication of product initiatives and updates.

Required
3-5 years of relevant experience in product marketing, preferably in a consumer-focused industry.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing product marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of market research methodologies and data analysis.
Proven ability to manage product launches and develop effective go-to-market strategies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
Preferred
Background or interest in the legal or divorce services industry.
Innovative approach to content marketing, with examples of creative solutions in past roles.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools and data analytics.
Background working with digital design tools like Figma or Canva.
