Responsibilities

Build and maintain MicroStrategy schema objects (attributes, facts, hierarchies, etc.).
Expertise in MicroStrategy Dashboard and Report Development.
Lead data migration from Tableau to MicroStrategy.
Development in Azure cloud environments preferred.
Develop and manage Intelligent Cubes for OLAP Services.
Design MicroStrategy projects and BI reporting solutions.
Collaborate on database design with analysts and modelers.
Develop mobile applications for Android and iOS.
Design dynamic dashboards and visualizations using Visual Insights and ESRI maps.
Extract meaningful insights from complex data sets for decision-making.
Document data flows, relationships, and dependencies.

Required

8–10+ years of experience with Business Intelligence tools, including MicroStrategy.
Strong expertise in Tableau to MicroStrategy migration.
Experience in MicroStrategy schema objects, dashboards, and report development.
Hands-on experience in cloud environments, preferably Azure.
Strong SQL and RDBMS skills.
Proficiency in MicroStrategy version upgrades and performance tuning.

Preferred

Experience with Tableau/Teradata/Informatica.
Knowledge of MicroStrategy Mobile, APIs, and advanced report functionalities.
Understanding of data warehouse design (Star Schema methodology).
Expertise in I-Server administration, user management, and security configurations.
