Responsibilities
Map out and implement new lead generation strategies. This includes crafting cold emails, engaging on social media, attending in-person events, etc.
Implement, and assist in the creation of, contact strategies to keep open leads engaged - this includes appointment setting, appointment confirmations and event reminders, leveraging both social media and email
Leverage NEAT’s content library in order to continue conversations with open leads that convey the long-term value that the brand can provide
Follow up with prospective clients during peak hours of availability and convenience
Speak with confidence about NEAT's mission, the services we provide, and the results we produce
Understand our ideal client and their goals for their PR and Marketing efforts
Possess an awareness about upcoming events, content releases and other marketing strategies, and leverage these events to convert leads into appointments
Update CRM with details on all conversations and appointments
Track weekly and monthly progress, including number of calls made, appointments set and appointments kept

Required
Bachelor’s degree
2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
Experience with lead generation, especially on social media accounts like Instagram and LinkedIn
Exceptional at following up and building relationships with our potential clients and community
Understanding of marketing and PR
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You can communicate your ideas clearly and effectively to both team members, and potential clients.
Proficient with LinkedIn prospecting
Experience with Google Drive platforms including Docs and Sheets
Experience with monday.com, hubspot, or other comparable CRM platforms
