Responsibilities
Client Communication:Interacting with clients via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, provide information about our eco-friendly travel services, and offer assistance with booking arrangements
Issue Resolution:Resolving client concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions
Booking Assistance:Assisting clients with booking flights, accommodations, tours, and activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to sustainability criteria
Travel Support:Providing guidance and support to clients throughout their travel experience, including offering recommendations, coordinating logistics, and addressing any emergencies or disruptions
Feedback Management:Soliciting feedback from clients about their travel experiences, actively listening to their suggestions or concerns, and implementing improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
Documentation:Maintaining detailed and organized records of client interactions, bookings, payments, and resolutions using our internal systems and software
Continuous Learning:Staying informed about eco-friendly travel practices, destination information, and industry trends to provide up-to-date and accurate assistance to clients

Required
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations, identify solutions, and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients, team members, and external partners
Empathetic and patient approach to handling client concerns or complaints, with a genuine desire to assist and support clients
Comfortable using email, phone systems, CRM software, and other digital tools to perform customer care tasks and assist clients
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in client communications, booking arrangements, and issue resolution
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment
