Responsibilities

Analyze historical sales performance data to identify trends and patterns.
Develop and implement quota allocation models that align with overall business objectives.
Generate pipeline targets to support business revenue goals.
Monitor and track sales performance against quotas.
Identify opportunities for quota adjustments based on changing market conditions or performance trends.
Develop and maintain accurate sales reports and dashboards.
Performs day to day administration of sales incentive compensation plans, including plan/quota assignments and audits of data accuracy.
Maintains detailed documentation of commission structures, policies, and processes, and update as needed to reflect any changes in plans or requirements.
Supports the annual sales compensation planning cycle including modeling and development of annual sales quotas.
Analyzes sales data and incentive payouts to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement in commission plans and processes.
Develops, supports and delivers periodic sales incentive reports and dashboards for sales leadership.
Works closely with the GTM team to address compensation plan related inquiries.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
4-6 years’ experience, with a proven track record of quota setting.
Expertise in sales compensation plans and quota setting methodologies.
Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Alteryx Designer, Tableau, Excel).
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
Experience with quota setting, and compensation plan design.
Ability to create clear and concise visualizations to communicate data insights to the field (e.g., Tableau dashboards, reports).
Excellent communication, presentation skills and ability to coordinate and partner with several cross-functional teams.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
