Responsibilities
Processing subscription orders from the Solstice platform and from channel partners
Ensuring order and invoice accuracy
Performing basic sales support functions, like answering questions or responding to inquiries
Compiling sales reports and monitoring sales efforts
Becoming experts on solar farm product, policy and discount offerings
Updating databases and customer/partner records
Prospecting for new B2B customers
Processing new channel partner applications
Maintaining records associated with channel partner training and compliance
Coordinating with other departments such as marketing to support sales campaigns
Preparing reports on sales activities such as tracking incoming leads and follow up with potential clients
Resolving problems and making recommendations based on channel partner needs
Other duties as assigned

Required
Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
Hands-on experience with Salesforce
Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software preferably Google Workspace products
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
A team player with high level of dedication
Ability to work under strict deadlines
A problem solver; excited to tackle both small and large challenges
Enthusiastic, positive, and team-oriented
Excited to work in a fast-paced, growing, scale-up environment
Driven, gritty, and resilient; demonstrated ability to persevere through unanticipated challenges
Preferred
Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role
Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
Demonstrated experience with Salesforce CRM software
Advanced knowledge of sales administrative best practices
Familiarity with sales reports and sales performance metrics
Familiarity with SLACK instant messaging
Familiarity with CODA workspace platform
Proficiency utilizing LinkedIn Navigator
Proficiency utilizing Outreach.io
