Responsibilities

Serve as primary point of contact for on-property Directors of Sales & Marketing, Digital Marketing teams with Global Marketing Shared Services and Field Marketing, Commercial, Sales, Revenue Management, Operations, agencies, and other market-specific teams

Consult and design customized annual strategic and tactical marketing plans for each property focused on driving incremental, profitable revenue and meet the business targets of the individual properties

Develop hotel-level performance insights and lead regular meetings with on-property marketing team to report on results

Required

7+ years in relevant experience in digital marketing, including campaign management, channel management, paid media, SEO, social media, PR, etc.

Superior oral and written communications skills including presentation skills, public speaking ability, and group decision facilitation; including the ability to write effective marketing copy, proofread, and follow style guidelines

Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to effectively and competently handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and the flexibility to quickly adapt to changes in work objectives and available technologies; ability to drive insights from data analytics
