Responsibilities
Build a scalable Customer Success framework, from processes to best practices
Lead by example in delivering exceptional service, engaging directly with customers alongside your team
This includes multiple touchpoints with customers, owning your own book of business focused on strategic accounts and critical customers
Design and implement onboarding, touchpoint cadences, and account management strategies
Leverage data to monitor customer health and identify growth opportunities
Manage and grow the Customer Success team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence

Required
7+ years of experience in Customer Success, with 3+ years leading teams
Proven ability to build CS frameworks from scratch
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Strong leadership and operational skills, with a hands-on approach
Preferred
Love for golf or sports technology is a bonus!
