Responsibilities
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
Design, implement, and maintain dashboards and reports using Metabase to present data in a user-friendly manner.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to understand data needs and provide support.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in all reporting processes.
Provide guidance and training to team members on data interpretation and utilization of business intelligence tools.

Required

You must be authorized to work in the United States.
Applicants will be required to pass a background check as a condition of employment.
Preferred
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Manager, preferably in the healthcare or tech industry.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
Experience with Metabase, Big Query or similar business intelligence tools.
Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with data visualization techniques and best practices.
Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus.
