Responsibilities

Setup Time and Materials, Cost Plus, and Fixed Price projects in Costpoint
Collaborate with Project Management team and Project Control to establish financial structures within accounting system to comply with company policies and business process, as well as client contractual requirements and Federal Regulations (i.e.,FAR)
Maintain all financial system project data, including project labor rate tables, vendor employee workforce, and master contract details
Investigate and resolve revenue recognition and billing issues resulting from project setup selections

Deltek CostpointContract setup experienceFederal Agency ContractsMS Excel Proficiency

Required

2+ Years of contract setup experience in Deltek Costpoint
Familiarity with prime Federal Agency Contracts, Subcontracts, and Master Service Agreements
Experience working with a variety of Federal Agencies (across DoD and Civilian sectors)
Strong attention to detail with a focus on system accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal/external clients
MS Excel Proficiency
Ability to work independently, self-motivated, & proactive
Track record of delivering well-organized and accurate work
Proven ability to work well with all levels of the organization to accomplish tasks
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education and/or advanced certification with 5 (or more) years of professional experience
