Responsibilities

Manage and maintain training systems, processes, and tools, ensuring alignment with team objectives and stakeholder needs.
Oversee training platform operation, design and development of admin training, including timelines, launches, and process improvements.
Manage stakeholder and administrator access to training platforms.
Monitor global administrative community to ensure compliance with platform standards, utilizing templates, workflows, and processes.
Maintain a system of record, including managing user access and permissions.
Develop and generate reports as needed to track platform performance and identify areas for improvement.
Serve as the digital adoption solution subject matter expert, co-authoring workflows to support learning platform launches.
Project manage learning platform vendor services and associated bodies of work, including memorializing and coordinating roadmap deliverables across core learner readiness activities.

Required

Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and equivalent experience
2+ years of experience with Mindtickle platform.
1+ year’s experience managing learning platforms in an enterprise or multi-customer environment.

Preferred

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with digital adoption solutions and gamification.
Strong project management skills, including experience with project management tools.
