Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to strengthen PartnerBoost’s brand presence and client acquisition.
Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Oversee the development of compelling marketing materials and creative assets tailored to our affiliate network and brand partners.
Collaborate with sales and partner teams to create targeted campaigns that support partner growth and revenue generation.
Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
Manage the company’s online presence, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
Report on key marketing metrics, campaign performance, and ROI to stakeholders, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
Identify and establish partnerships with external agencies, vendors, and technology partners to amplify marketing efforts.
Stay informed about industry developments, competitor strategies, and new technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Required
Affiliate Marketing experience/knowledge is a plus
Candidate needs to be based in the US
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
A minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a focus on digital marketing and brand management.
Proven expertise in affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or a related industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to drive marketing strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting persuasive messaging.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM systems, and social media management software.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management and cross-functional collaboration.
A passion for innovation, creativity, and achieving measurable results.
Knowledge of Amazon’s affiliate ecosystem or prior connections within the affiliate marketing industry is a significant advantage.
