Responsibilities

As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Expert proficiency in SAP Cloud Migration on Azure is required.

Expert proficiency in SAP Basis Administration is recommended.

Advanced proficiency in Solution Architecture

Expert proficiency in Design & Build Enablement, Advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management, and expert proficiency in SAP HANA DB Migration & Upgrades are suggested.

Develop and implement innovative strategies for seamless SAP Cloud Migration on Azure

Lead and mentor team members in SAP Basis Administration best practices

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful Configuration & Release Management

Drive continuous improvement initiatives for SAP HANA DB Migration & Upgrades

Provide technical guidance and support for Solution Architecture and Design & Build Enablement
