Responsibilities
Cloud Migrations: Lead comprehensive migrations to Atlassian Cloud, including transitioning from third-party tools and legacy systems.
Third-Party Tool Transitions: Analyze and migrate data and workflows from non-Atlassian tools into Jira, Confluence, or other Atlassian products.
Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their requirements are met.
Best Practice Implementation: Provide strategic advice and implement Atlassian best practices across tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
Workflow Design: Create and configure workflows, automations, and custom solutions to support business processes.
Training & Enablement: Conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators to ensure seamless adoption of Atlassian tools.
Integration & Customization: Collaborate with backend teams to integrate Atlassian products with enterprise systems and develop tailored solutions.
Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed records of configurations, processes, and recommendations to support ongoing client success.

Required
5+ years of experience with Atlassian tools, including expertise in cloud migrations and transitioning from third-party systems.
Strong understanding of Jira workflows, automations, and integrations.
Demonstrated ability to engage with clients, understand their unique needs, and deliver customized solutions.
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities to address complex client challenges.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred
Familiarity with Atlassian Marketplace apps and scripting tools (e.g., Scriptrunner)
Atlassian certifications are highly preferred.
