Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the Ivalua platform.

Configure workflows, integrations, and custom fields to meet business requirements.

Develop and manage integrations between Ivalua and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).

Ensure seamless data flow and address issues related to API, ETL, or middleware.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for issues related to Ivalua configurations or integrations.

Ensure timely resolution of tickets and maintain system uptime.

Work closely with procurement, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Participate in project planning and implementation for new features or system upgrades.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of customizations, workflows, and integration points.

Create user guides and training materials for business users and administrators.
