Responsibilities

Process full-cycle payroll for assigned entities on a bi-weekly basis for an expanding workforce.

Research and resolve payroll-related questions and issues; explain payroll policies and procedures and provide outstanding customer service.

Verify and process employee expense reimbursements.

Serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external payroll tax-related inquiries and audits.

Continuously drive improvements, automation, communication, and education to improve employee experience.

Assist with the implementation of new payroll systems or updating existing systems to meet business needs.

Upgrade process and procedures as company scales to integrate with the latest technology.
