Responsibilities
Conduct video reviews and provide clips to partners in compliance with Legal guidelines
Collaborate with the AP Administration Assistant to ensure proper maintenance of CCTV systems
Train new Asset Protection associates and store leadership on CCTV operations and reporting
Report observations beyond the original request to the appropriate department
Ensure compliance with necessary permissions before releasing video footage

Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of Asset Protection experience
Familiarity with CCTV system operation
Experience with case report writing
Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Preferred
Previous experience in a retail environment
Creative problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently with good judgment
Experience in training or mentoring others
