Responsibilities
Support team members and internal colleagues by assisting with escalated issues and developing solutions
Participate in annual plan audits and provide support for inquiries
Perform monthly allocation reports for Finance and audit quarterly calculations of retirement plan contributions
Coordinate and review annual nondiscrimination testing and track annual company contributions
Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure accurate plan information on the employee intranet

Required
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
Advanced MS Excel and Query skills; PeopleSoft experience is a plus
Highly analytical mindset with an understanding of ERISA tax law and retirement administration
Strong knowledge and extensive experience with retirement administration and analysis
Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally
Preferred
Minimum of 2+ years of benefits experience with a retirement focus
Retirement Plan certification (CRP, CEBS, RPA, etc.) preferred
