Responsibilities

Develop and manage the learning solution quality program for the global LXD team.

Consult and build exemplary learning solutions where deep instructional design expertise is required.

Prepare 60 LXDs and 12 LXD Managers with the tools, insights and skills to lift the quality of learning solutions across the global LXD team.

Recommend and build learning solutions that meet organizational needs at scale.

Using data and evidence-based practice evaluate the effectiveness of both learning solutions and the quality program.

Design and deploy mechanisms to drive learning solution quality across the global team.

Work with stakeholders and leaders to develop LXD quality through data and written communications.

Collaborate with LXD teams to strategize and implement program goals based on broader organizational goals.

Required

5+ years of program or project management experience

Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in instructional design, education technology, or similar field

Preferred

Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

Experience leading process improvements

7 + years relevant experience in an instructional design role
