Responsibilities
Supervises the Sales Department which consists of the Regional Sales Managers, the Inside Sales Representatives and the Marketing Manager.
Work closely with RSM's to prepare and deliver accurate and timely quotes for customers, negotiate and follow up to close sales contracts.
Develop and manage strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their unique challenges and offering tailored solutions.
Develop impactful sales and marketing collateral, including brochures, newsletters, presentations, and technical specifications.
Guide customers through the sales process. Ensuring a positive experience and fostering long-term business relationships.
Planning and attending trade shows. Represent the company professionally at all times.
Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) tools, ensuring accuracy and tracking sales progress
Work closely with RSM's to schedule and deliver on new sales presentations.
Works closely with the RSM's and Executive leadership to generate and deliver on the Sales Team goals, strategies and objectives to increase sales volumes and revenues.
Develop and maintain RSM travel schedules to clients and submitting expense reports and timesheets for payment and payroll processing.
Travel up to 50% of the time or more as needed to attend trade shows, conferences, to develop sales contacts and follow-up on sales leads with prospective new clients.

Required
5+ years of proven national sales management experience. Preferably in the industrial equipment or pump manufacturing environment
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, related field, or equivalent work experience is highly preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proven track record of closing new business sales contracts
Strong technical understanding and the ability to translate customer requirements into pump specifications
Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a results-driven mindset
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Experience in marketing and copywriting is a significant plus
