Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all contractor work related to MPC development and drafting for WMEC, WAGB, WMSL, and PS cutter classes.

Provide leadership and guidance to the team, including MPC developers, draftsmen, and team leads, to ensure quality and timely deliverables.

Ensure the continued development, updating, and revision of MPCs and associated drawings to maintain accuracy and relevance for all LRE assets.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to ensure successful project outcomes.

Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with contract requirements.

Required

Proven experience managing projects in a government or military contracting environment, with a focus on technical documentation or sustainment support.

Strong knowledge of Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) systems and electronics across large-scale assets, preferably within the maritime domain.

Proficiency in technical documentation development, including maintenance procedure cards and system drawings.

Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage a multidisciplinary team.

Ability to collaborate with federal stakeholders and adhere to specified guidance and standards.

Strong technical acumen with attention to detail in documentation and compliance.

Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information clearly.

Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially under tight deadlines.
