Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of MPC Developers, providing direction and quality assurance on deliverables.
Develop and update Maintenance Procedure Cards for USCG assets, including but not limited to 282’ WMEC, 399’ WAGB, 418’ WMSL, 420’ WAGB, and 460’ PS cutters.
Perform technical reviews of HM&E equipment operation, repair, and support requirements.
Utilize Coast Guard Standard Workstation III to support technical documentation and analysis.
Complete and submit RCM analysis documentation for Coast Guard review and approval.
Provide expertise in Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) supply support procedures.
Collaborate with stakeholders via Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Teams, Skype, and other tools.
Ensure compliance with Coast Guard standards and requirements.

Required

Lead and supervise a team of MPC Developers, providing direction and quality assurance on deliverables.
Develop and update Maintenance Procedure Cards for USCG assets, including but not limited to 282’ WMEC, 399’ WAGB, 418’ WMSL, 420’ WAGB, and 460’ PS cutters.
Perform technical reviews of HM&E equipment operation, repair, and support requirements.
Utilize Coast Guard Standard Workstation III to support technical documentation and analysis.
Complete and submit RCM analysis documentation for Coast Guard review and approval.
Provide expertise in Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) supply support procedures.
Collaborate with stakeholders via Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Teams, Skype, and other tools.
Ensure compliance with Coast Guard standards and requirements.
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in developing Maintenance Procedure Cards (MPCs) for USCG entities.
Minimum of 2 years’ federal agency leadership experience.
RCM analyst certification (NAVSEA or Coast Guard certified) is required. If not currently certified, candidates must obtain certification within 6 months of task award.
Technical experience in HM&E equipment operation, repair, and support.
Familiarity with Coast Guard Standard Workstation III and SFLC supply support procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Paint, Teams, and Skype.
Strong writing skills with experience in technical documentation.
Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
