Responsibilities
Serve as a dedicated point of contact for clients, assisting with all aspects of travel planning and coordination.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, tailored to meet each client's preferences and needs.
Provide personalized recommendations and advice to clients, offering insights and expertise to enhance their travel experiences.
Liaise with travel partners and vendors to secure bookings, confirmations, and updates, ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients.
Maintain organized records of travel itineraries, preferences, and client information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Anticipate and address any issues or concerns that may arise during travel, providing prompt assistance and creative solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout their travel experiences, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable journey.
Collaborate with team members to support the overall success of the department and ensure a positive client experience.
