Responsibilities
Balance customer / business needs to design user-centered experiences
Define sitemaps of digital experiences, create user flows, and design UI components that leverage their global design system (partner with global design team to ensure reuse of existing components, and inform expansion)
Create wireframes and prototypes to test design decisions
Oversee user testing to validate designs, and create production-ready files and assets for handoff to UI developers

Required
At least 3+ years of experience in UI / UX design for web and mobile
Fluency in user research and user experience fundamentals (wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing)
Proficiency in Adobe XD and Figma
Skills in CSS, Javascript, and HTML are a plus
Strong communication skills / ability to articulate design decisions
Experience working in an Agile environment and developing / maintaining design systems
