Responsibilities
Provide subject matter expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow architecture, design, development, and deployment.
Configure and customize SailPoint solutions to meet client-specific identity governance requirements.
Develop and implement workflows, connectors, and integrations for seamless identity lifecycle management.
Perform system troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis for SailPoint environments.
Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations, aligning SailPoint implementations with government and industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SailPoint solutions with enterprise systems and applications.
Provide technical leadership and guidance in best practices for identity governance and administration (IGA).
Prepare and maintain system documentation, including design specifications, configurations, and user guides.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower end-users and administrators.

Required
Active Secret Clearance is mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in identity governance and administration (IGA).
Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow implementation, customization, and support.
Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, role management, and access certification.
Hands-on experience with Java, BeanShell, XML, REST API, and PowerShell scripting.
Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, and various authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID).
Understanding of compliance frameworks such as FISMA, NIST, and FedRAMP.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred
Experience working in a government or defense environment.
Knowledge of other IGA tools (e.g., Okta, CyberArk, ForgeRock).
Certifications such as SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer or SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Professional.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
