Responsibilities

Lead CRO Strategy
• Develop and execute a comprehensive CRO strategy to optimize user journeys and maximize revenue.
• Analyze user behavior, conversion metrics, and website performance to identify areas of improvement.
• Create, implement, and manage A/B and multivariate tests to measure the impact of changes.
Develop Innovative CRO Ideas
• Proactively generate innovative, out-of-the-box ideas to improve conversion rates and drive revenue forward.
• Explore advanced personalization techniques, dynamic content, and behavioral triggers to improve user engagement.
• Partner with the marketing and product teams to align optimization efforts with business goals.
Manage Cross-Functional Teams
• Lead and collaborate with designers, developers, and copywriters to implement CRO strategies effectively.
• Coordinate with media buying and creative teams to align CRO efforts with ad campaigns and other acquisition strategies.
Stay Ahead of Trends
• Stay updated on CRO best practices, tools, and emerging trends to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
• Benchmark performance against industry standards and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.

Required

3+ years in CRO or related roles with a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth.
