Responsibilities
Onboard New Clients Like a Boss
Juggle 3–5 onboarding projects at a time (multitasking champions, this is your moment).
Be the go-to Sage Intacct guru, offering tips and advice on configurations and settings.
Work with our team (development and COO) to map out each client’s processes.
Get cozy with data—mapping and moving data through KnowLedger.
Lead onboarding from start to finish: kickoff, setup, training, and cheering on clients as they take the reins.
Keep Things Organized and on Track
Use Trello to keep onboarding projects running like a well-oiled machine.
Spot potential risks or hiccups before they happen, tackle challenges head-on, and loop in the right folks when needed.

Required
An innate curiosity and a drive to disrupt 'the way we’ve always done it.'
A strong grip on GLs (bonus points for Sage Intacct know-how, but not a dealbreaker).
At least two years of experience working in a GL or investment system like Addepar.
A knack for moving data around—whether it’s file-based, API-driven, or stashed in online storage.
A clean background check (our clients are big on security, and so are we).
An open mind and a willingness to embrace new ideas.
Preferred
Bonus points for Sage Intacct know-how.
Familiarity with investment data systems like Addepar or custodian platforms is a plus.
Family office experience will earn you bonus points.
