Responsibilities
Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with client goals.
Collaborate with clients to understand their brand identity, target audience, and business objectives in order to create customized website designs that resonate with their audience.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.
Create visually appealing graphics, icons, and other assets to enhance the overall aesthetic and user experience of websites.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve the quality and innovation of our web designs.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and development within the team.
Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design elements and functionality.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs for optimal user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and milestones are met effectively.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, or Figma.
Solid understanding of responsive design principles and best practices for web usability and accessibility.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to clients and team members.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as Webflow.
A passion for creativity, innovation, and staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
