Responsibilities

Onboard new client accounts and act as main point of contact, responding quickly to customer enquiries

Support with client workshops, gathering requirements for content development, and drafting briefs for proposal development

Lead on regular customer business reviews, develop and present reports on KPIs

Able to transform requirements into easily-digestible and visually stimulating proposal presentations and deliver to clients with exemplary communication skills

Build strong relationships to delight clients and execute successful renewals

Identify new leads and upsell opportunities
