Analysis of customer requirements and software specifications
Providing technical guidance and mentoring to project team members

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years' experience in a software development or ETL development role with experience in Big Data, Hadoop Ecosystem, and Databricks.
Experience in ER-diagrams and UML diagrams and modeling techniques.
Knowledge and experience in SQL programming, Python, Scala, and/or Java.
Experience with cloud technologies (such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform), Data Warehousing concepts, and database design techniques.
Hands-on experience with ETL technologies, Spark, and streaming technologies such as Apache Kafka and Apache Flume.
Excellent communication, problem solving, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
