Responsibilities
Lead business line strategy, P&L, and service delivery.
Oversee the development and implementation of solutions to Acuity’s clients.
Travel OCONUS to austere and hazardous environments to meet with teams and clients.
Work with specialized teams, consisting of security professionals, project management and specialized staff.
Oversee PMs and delivery team ensuring that project activities including transition, production, site personnel, P&L, and quality assurance goals are achieved or exceeded.
Deliver financial results and growth results detailed in annual operating plan.
Play a lead role in business development.
Communicate with the client and regulators as required to ensure expectations and contract requirements/data quality objectives are being met and project obstacles are identified.
Oversee budget management; prepare accurate cost forecast, track expenditures, update based on need, review invoices for accuracy, adhere to or exceed budget goals.
Prepare Project reports and work plans/deliverables in accordance with company, governmental, and client requirements.
Conduct research and compile data relevant to the needs of the company for project development and business expansion. Review information and prepare summary and final reports for presentation to executives, customers and high-profile clients.

Required
Bachelor’s degree
DoD TS Security Clearance or ability to obtain
Ten (10) or more years in progressive leadership roles supporting international security operations for US Government customers.
Possess minimum of three (3) years of P&L leadership.
Five (5) years of demonstrated experience supporting business development.
Ability to work outside normal work hours including weekends
Ability to routinely travel away from primary work location in-excess of normal workday with little or no guidance
Polished verbal and written communication skills to include technical and proposal writing skills
Ability to communicate company practices with senior executives, clients, employees, military leaders and government officials
Intermediate user level of computer systems; Microsoft office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Projects, Outlook)
Intermediate knowledge of cost analysis and budget forecasting
Ability to manage multiple pursuits simultaneously, personnel, budgets, materials, and time
Experience with federal clients preferred
Must be willing to travel OCONUS to hazardous and austere environments if necessary
Must be able to pass a detailed background investigation
Preferred
Masters degree in a business or related field
Experience supporting similar professional security projects
Experience overseeing projects in hazardous and austere environments
