Responsibilities
This position is responsible for reviewing ED Chart documentation in Epic, abstracting pertinent information accurately, and correct entry of information into Optum Lynx.
Researches and makes necessary changes/corrections to patient accounts with zero charges, high dollar charges, charges in error, and omissions to charges.

Required
HS Diploma: High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) or equivalent education/experience
2 years recent relevant experience.
Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets using pivot tables, formulas and graphics.
Excellent verbal/written communication and listening skills.
Interpersonal skills necessary to represent organization in a professional and positive manner.
Ability to effectively organize and prioritize tasks in order to complete assignments and meet deadlines.
Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of personnel in the organization.
