Responsibilities
Onboarding and Financial Cleanup for New Clients : Dive deep into the financial trenches, guiding new clients through onboarding processes while cleaning up their finances for additional clarity.
Perform Consistent Monthly Closes: Oversee the monthly financial close process with precision, ensuring that every transaction is accounted for and reconciled, laying the foundation for comprehensive financial insights.
Influence Comprehensive Financial Packages: Harness your analytical acumen to help curate comprehensive financial packages for our clients, delivering invaluable insights and strategic recommendations to drive informed decision-making and financial growth.
Provide Cutting-Edge Dashboards and Present Financials to Clients: Generate financial dashboards that provide clients with real-time visibility into their financial health, empowering them to make proactive, data-driven decisions.
Elevate Client Communication: Serve as the trusted liaison between our firm and our clients, delivering clear, concise, and insightful communication that fosters trust, transparency, and collaboration.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
5 years public accounting experience
Experience or interest in financial dashboards, metrics and other value-add options for clients.
Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and team members.
Self-motivated, proactive, with a passion for delivering high-quality accounting work & adding value to clients.
Preferred
Real estate accounting experience
