Responsibilities

Help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products

Providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries

Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language

Use our state of the art video communication software to interact with customers

Document interactions to maintain accurate records

Required

Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.

Possess an active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.

Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).

Excellent customer service skills.

Willing to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

Must have (or be willing to obtain) a dedicated hardwired internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.

Willing and available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
