Responsibilities

Solution Design and Architecture : Lead the architecture and design of Ortems solutions based on client requirements and best practices.
Project Leadership : Manage end-to-end Ortems implementations, including project planning, resource management, and delivery timelines.
Requirements Analysis: Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solution designs.
System Configuration and Customization : Configure Ortems to meet client-specific needs and optimize the software for improved scheduling, capacity planning, and production management.
Integration : Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Ortems with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, MES).
Optimization and Continuous Improvement : Analyze and fine-tune Ortems solutions for enhanced performance and efficiency; provide guidance on leveraging Ortems for continuous process improvement.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting : Provide technical support, training, and troubleshooting to users; offer recommendations for maintenance and upgrades.
Documentation and Training : Develop solution documentation, user guides, and training materials for client stakeholders.

Required

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years in implementing and architecting Ortems or similar advanced planning and scheduling software.
Strong background in manufacturing, production scheduling, and supply chain processes.
Proficient in Ortems configuration and customization.
Knowledge of ERP and MES integration, preferably in SAP or Oracle.
Familiarity with SQL, scripting, or basic programming for custom integrations and reports.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills to convey complex solutions in an understandable manner.
Ability to lead projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred

Experience with DELMIA suite products (a plus).
