Responsibilities

Assist in managing customer-facing projects from inception to completion or transition, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality metrics are met.
Support the Project Manager in organizing project review and status meetings, providing updates on progress, and addressing any issues or obstacles.
Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Management (CSM) teams on internal communication, project status updates, and issue resolution, and follow up with customers on delivery success.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and installation partners to support effective project execution and foster customer satisfaction.
Utilize project management methodologies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Assist with internal audits, as needed, working closely with audit teams such as EY and KPMG.
Track and evaluate project performance using Management Information System (MIS) metrics and assist in reporting for leadership review.
Support quarterly and annual objectives set by management, contributing to strategic growth initiatives.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Business Management, Project Management, or equivalent work experience.
1-2 years of relevant experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
Experience with project management methodologies; certifications in project management are a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
Ability to adapt, analyze current processes, and offer innovative solutions.
Proficient in oral, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent organizational skills with a knack for cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to work as part of a team to tackle business challenges in a complex selling environment.
US Citizenship Requirement: Required due to customer compliance.

Preferred

A background in project management
Understanding of hardware and video security solutions
Technical Knowledge: General understanding of hardware and video security solutions is preferred.
Familiarity with retail industry applications, CCTV, data integration, and web technology is preferred.
