Responsibilities

Develop advanced ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5, and CSS3, including custom application development, business rules, workflows, and client scripts.

Implement HRSD solutions, including Case Management, Employee Service Center, HR workflows, and HR Analytics.

Develop and customize Service Portals, including widget creation, portal customization, and branding.

Administer the ServiceNow platform, including user/role management, update sets, instance maintenance, and security administration.

Integrate ServiceNow with REST/SOAP APIs, third-party systems, and optimize performance.

Required

Expertise in ServiceNow development with advanced skills in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5, and CSS3.

Deep experience with HRSD implementation, including Case Management, Employee Service Center, HR workflows, and HR Analytics.

Proficiency in Service Portal development, including widget creation, portal customization, and branding.

Strong platform administration capabilities, including user/role management, update sets, instance maintenance, and security administration.

Required certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Application Developer, and HRSD Implementation Specialist

Preferred

This is fully remote but prefer someone to sit eastern.
