Upgrade the public-facing web platform from Sitecore XP 10.2 to Sitecore XP 10.4
Develop Personalization features and enhance Sitecore EXM implementation.

Required

Sitecore Technical Lead with strong experience building out Sitecore XP (Experience Platform) 10.2, SOLR Cloud, and EXM production environments.
Experience configuring Analytics DB (xDB) and Sitecore app configurations.
Should be able to hit the ground running with little support from the team.
Upgrade the public-facing web platform from Sitecore XP 10.2 to Sitecore XP 10.4.
Develop Personalization features and enhance Sitecore EXM implementation.
Passionate Sitecore Developer with at least 10+ years of hands-on experience configuring and deploying production web applications.
Experience with Sitecore XP 10 and SOLR Production infrastructure tuning.
Significant, demonstrated experience and expertise in the following technologies: Sitecore Helix pattern, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, Object-oriented/architectural design patterns, Infrastructure Design and DevOps, Git and Gitflow.
Understanding of the digital marketing capabilities of Sitecore and best practices for customization and implementation.
Knowledge of modern technologies and software development practices and patterns.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Flexible to new situations and challenges.

Preferred

Sitecore certification is a plus.
