Responsibilities
Collaboration with Marketing Leadership to execute against the marketing strategy and tactics to deliver audiences and drive engagement for multiple media brands
Have a passion for content marketing and digital media products with a focus on customer journey
Works with cross-functional teams to support, deliver, and report on content and subscription marketing, advertising lead generation and promotional activities
Actively contribute to the implementation of workflow and process improvements to drive great collaboration and customer engagement
Work with the brand team to execute fully integrated marketing strategies
Contribute toward the vision to deliver the optimal customer journey that meets Clarion process standards, creates a seamless technology integration, and is easy to engage with
Proactively engages with customer insights, to continually understand market needs and create ongoing product evolution that drives customer value
Executes marketing plans, strategies, and materials in conjunction with the extended marketing and digital product teams and other key departments to support each media brand’s objectives and overall company commercial goals
Execute on marketing strategies to subscribers, partners, readers, and advertisers for media brands and associated online learning programs with a keen focus on continually enhancing, improving, and adapting plans based on customer feedback and data insights
Own the execution of all campaigns which include – email copywriting, templates, and segmentation through a marketing automation platform, digital marketing ad materials, social media, website editing, and promotional materials (as needed)
Collaborate with design team to develop marketing assets
Analyze metrics, reports, and data trends to assist with plans with the broader team to meet engagement, advertising, subscription, and lead generation goals
Engage with technology to understand and optimize the customer journey
Collaborate with the internal digital and marketing teams to improve user experience and enhance engagement
Curiosity into content marketing trends and keep tactics up to date
Understand all marketing technology products, data integration, and media technology to support and optimize the customer journey
Build relationships with outside agencies, partners and technology teams to support marketing efforts and deliver portfolio results
Cross-collaborate with internal teams such as sales, content, data, digital products etc. to work toward common goals and find areas for growth
Share best practices and learnings with internal marketing team members
Further existing and forge new relationships to support and deliver commercial partnerships
Demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on delivery to customers, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively, and demonstrate high integrity
Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values

Understand customer-facing media technology and how products integrate
Proactively assist in programs and campaigns
Maintain an understanding of key customer groups and partners
Troubleshoot and resolve conflicts and concerns, both internal and customer
Attend training courses as agreed with your line manager
Represent Clarion Events in a professional manner at all times

Required
Experience in content marketing/technology/media
Understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
Analytical mindset and critical thinking
B2B social media
Self-directed and detail-oriented; a tenacious ‘can do’ approach to work; able to work on own initiative
Strong project management & communication skills
