Responsibilities
Develop detailed solution designs and architecture plans for SailPoint IdentityIQ, ensuring alignment with zero-trust security frameworks and DoD requirements.
Oversee the end-to-end implementation of SailPoint IIQ, including configuration, integration with existing systems, and deployment.
Serve as the primary technical advisor on IAM architecture, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust identity governance solutions.
Guide the development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, system design, development, testing, and deployment. Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with security best practices.
Design and implement connectors to integrate SailPoint IIQ with a variety of enterprise systems, applications, and directories (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud platforms).
Provide expertise on zero-trust principles, ensuring that IAM solutions contribute to a secure and dynamic access management strategy.
Mentor and support team members in achieving project goals, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and upholding quality standards.

Required
U.S. Citizenship with an active DoD SECRET clearance.
Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise IAM solutions, including at least 3 years specifically focused on identity governance using tools like SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow, Saviynt Security Manager or Enterprise Identity Cloud, IBM Security Verify Governance.
Demonstrated experience designing zero-trust ICAM architectures for enterprise environments, including privileged access management (PAM) integration.
Strong knowledge of programming and scripting languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript, with a focus on building custom rules, workflows, and API integrations in SailPoint.
Expertise in integrating IAM solutions with enterprise systems, directories, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Thorough understanding of DoD cybersecurity requirements, FISMA compliance, and NIST 800-53 security controls.
Preferred
SailPoint IdentityIQ Certification.
Advanced cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP or CISM.
Hands-on experience working with U.S. federal government clients, particularly within the DoD or intelligence community.
Knowledge of deploying IAM solutions in hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
