Responsibilities
Support Business Development lead with proposal building, vendor quotes, and all other client deliverables.
Assist with completion of all Sponsor Requests for Information as well as assist and support maintenance of RFI library.
Schedule, run and participate in all Sponsor intro and ongoing calls
Participate in all internal strategy discussions related to assigned Sponsor projects
Research and collect pertinent data on assigned Sponsor projects
Build power point slides, graphs, maps and any and all pertinent visuals to support assigned Sponsor projects
Work across internal teams to gather information and ensure staff are informed and updated on all updates from Sponsor
Support Business Development leads in Bid Defense internal/external scheduling as well as attend and participate in all BDM prep sessions

Required
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
1-2 years of experience in Proposal Development for CRO / pharmaceuticals industry.
Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, and Salesforce®
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Preferred
