Responsibilities
Acts as a subject matter expert for IFS customizations, ensuring alignment with business goals and drivers of success.
Provides in-depth knowledge and expertise on how different IFS modules and customizations interface across the system.
Navigates through and resolves complex challenges during the implementation process.
Collaborates with various business stakeholders to understand and address their specific needs regarding various IFS modules.
Offers guidance and best practices for system customization to optimize performance and efficiency.
Ensures that architectural solutions support scalability, performance, and security requirements.
Configures and customize IFS applications to meet business process requirements.
Works with developers to design custom enhancements, integrations, and reports within IFS.
Ensures alignment with established standards and processes.
Identifies opportunities for system and process improvements, enhancing the IFS environment for better performance.
Maintains system documentation to ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.

Required
5+ years of experience within the IFS platform and its various modules.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of system customizations and their impact on business processes.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
In-depth knowledge of IFS architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities.
Proficiency in PL/SQL, IFS Data Migration tools, IFS Aurena, Marble, Java, and integration frameworks (such as REST/SOAP APIs).
Experience with IFS Cloud solutions, upgrades, and patch management.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business preferred.
