Responsibilities

You will collaborate with senior leadership, People Partners and teams to identify main priorities inspire value.

You will understand project management methodologies and HR best practices to ensure portfolio success.

In addition to project management, you will develop and implement change management strategies to minimize disruption and ensure a successful adoption of P&C programs.

You will lead a project management and change management community of practice and coach others in these methodologies.

Finally, you will be involved in the planning and coordination of all people-related M&A integration efforts, including onboarding, talent management, compensation and benefits, and cultural integration.

Required

4+ years of experience in human resources, project management, or change management, with a focus on managing complex, enterprise-level projects

Experience with HR operations, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, performance management, diversity and inclusion, and learning and development.

4 + years of Project Management experience. Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience

Understanding of project management methodologies

Experience in change management and organizational development

Experience managing HR technology implementations

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience
