Responsibilities
Regularly employs a business first lens while solving problems and delivering practical solutions to clients.
Demonstrates a breadth and depth of capabilities (e.g. project management, requirements gathering, data analysis, testing) and is prepared to take on a range of business and organizational challenges to deliver premier client service.
Brings effective knowledge of various enabling applications, project management and related tools/techniques, and delivery approaches to advise, implement, and operate projects.
From visioning stages through plan execution, works to inform clients’ business and technology decisions, facilitate the scaling of capabilities, and promote the delivery of organization vision.
Utilizes improved business processes and technology-backed performance efficiencies to enhance client impact.

Required
Experience working in an Agile environment; SAFe Agile is desirable
Experience preparing reports and presentations for executive stakeholders
Strong oral and written communication skills
Stakeholder management experience
Risk and issue management experience
Change Management experience
Understanding of IT program governance
Experience with IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) or similar tools
Must have the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance from the US federal government
Preferred
Prefer those local to the DC Metro area, or within a several hour drive of DC
With an active IRS MBI clearance are very highly desirable
