Responsibilities
Use evidence-based selling to drive sales and provide up-to-date product information
You will provide guidance and feedback on selling skills, product knowledge and territory management.
You will communicate to management on a regular basis the status of your team's skill development, activity and sales performance.
Action a strategic plan for your territory that incorporates reach and frequency targets
Actively participate in team meetings and proactively share best practices and field insights
Complete all administrative tasks including call reporting and expense reporting within the designated timeframes
Meet (and exceed!) your sales targets & KPIs
Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to pharmacovigilance and adverse event reporting

Required
3+ years of sales experience in the OTC industry
Strong understanding of OTC/CPG marketing
Strong experience in detailing the pharmacist and front store expertise
A completed degree
A valid driver's license with access to a vehicle for territory travel
