Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of our Servicing processes, identify pain points and opportunities, and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Gather business requirements, conduct business process analysis, and manage the delivery of complex, cross-functional projects.
Meet regularly with business stakeholders to prioritize the implementation of new capabilities, bug fixes, and technical backlog items.
Work with the Salesforce business analyst and development team to refine backlog items and create well defined user stories needed to deliver on enhancements prioritized by stakeholders.
Partner with the Salesforce Solution Architect to proactively identify Salesforce capabilities that could be leveraged by the business to make existing processes more efficient and effective.
Engage with the support organization to provide training, support and technical assistance to the operations team and end users.
Maintain the Salesforce Servicing roadmap, informed by inputs from business and technology team priorities, and ensure alignment against the broader Salesforce Enterprise roadmap and strategy.
Support data mapping/transformation, solution design, process diagram, acceptance criteria, user acceptance testing and other project artifacts.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the organization’s Salesforce implementation and ancillary technologies and integrations.
Performs related duties as assigned by management.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
2-4 years’ product manager or product owner experience with proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Experience in driving and gathering business requirements, assessments, and solutioning.
Experience in guiding Salesforce implementations and transformations.
Experience leading and working in scaled agile development scrum teams, both onshore and offshore.
Experience in working with both the business and technical team, coordinating/leading solution design, development/configuration, and deployment across multi-dimensional teams.
Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform services, architecture, and data models.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to convert consumer insights and performance data into high impact product initiatives.
Delivery oriented.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex technical information in a clear manner to peers, developers, and senior leaders.
Technical skills would include Salesforce Service & Sales Cloud, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, RingCentral, Scaled Agile Framework, application design.

Preferred

Experience within mortgage lending or servicing industry highly desired.
Salesforce certifications, preferred.
