Reaching out to leads to establish contact to customers inquiring about our services
Handling inbound inquiries consisting of general mortgage questions and convert them into sales
Overcoming objections of prospective customers
Providing prompt and courteous customer service

Ability to convert leads while maintaining established sales quotas
Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers
Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
Understands the importance of listening skills

Ability to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
