Responsibilities
Work with TerraLex member firms to identify common clients and to market the benefits of collaboration through the TerraLex network to those clients (often meeting with clients or prospects to describe the value of TerraLex and explore solutions to specific client needs).
Lead on TerraLex regional targeting activities to secure instructions from prospective clients and targets, where TerraLex strengthens an individual member firm’s proposition to a client when viewed in scale or coverage terms.
Work with member firms to identify common areas of expertise and focus, and to actively market TerraLex and relevant member firms to potential clients and other TerraLex members in those areas.
Work with TerraLex’s Regional Directors for all other regions collaboratively to support member needs everywhere.
Collaborate with Regional Vice Chairs on enhancing member engagement and participation.
Manage service or quality issues if they arise.
Work jointly with TerraLex’s Director of Marketing to leverage TerraLex’s global communications and social media strategies, promote activities to member firms and clients across the region, and assure appropriateness for individual jurisdictions.
Maintain a program for increasing internal engagement within member firms, specifically working through the TerraLex member representatives, managing partners, and local marketing and business development professionals.
Regularly visit member firms in the region to build personal credibility and to identify connections between member firms, encouraging closer collaboration and communication between member firms.
Facilitate better use of TerraLex online resources, such as our website and TLC platform to ensure key member news is disseminated and shared, and greater engagement with TerraLex online is achieved.
Direct and participate in Global and Regional meetings, as well as trade and industry conferences sponsored or supported by TerraLex globally (for example, General Counsel programs, regional conferences, etc.), including prepping members, participating in content preparation, and presenting.

Global outlook to business and an understanding of cultural differences across the region, and from a broader international perspective.
First-class relationship manager across many levels of seniority and disciplines – trusted by managing partners, respected by fellow marketing professionals, and accepted by clients.
Able to travel globally several times a year.
